Rutherford wrestlers Showing Improvements

Rutherford wrestlers show improvement Saturday at Bay Invitational. Chalk up the improvement of wrestlers to the time spent practicing over the long christmas break or the development of wrestling knowledge. Many of the wrestlers that attended the holiday practices made tremendous strides. Although the performance had some high points, the overall performance reflected the long lay over from the holidays and Rutherford fell short placing only fourth in an eight team tournament. The Rams had some impressive individual performances with Marcus Roberts and Beau Boggess going undefeated and Marcus winning the most outstanding heavyweight trophie. Rutherfords next competition will be January 15th at South Walton for the district duals.
